**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive **Sales Coordinator** with a primary focus on Sales enquire, Client mapping, strong negotiations, client handling and continues follow-up along with sales coordination in sales team.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Internal & External communication with team and client, Client mapping
- Processing Sales enquiry, Sending Quotations.
- Solving technical query of client in enquiry stage, Updating enquiry in SAP
- Negotiations, Continue regular follow-up to clients till order closing.
- Timely response to client on their query related to Technical, commercial and drawing
- Co-ordination with internal department for client support
- Arranging visit to client place if required
- Vendor registration
- Order documents preparation
- Payment collection in terms of advance, readiness, material receipt and work completion
- Solving issues of customer incase of service problem
- Follow up for confirmed PO.
- Order monitoring for timely drawing approval, production schedule, dispatch and installation.
- Internal team support for payment collection

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in B.E / DME in Civil, Mechanical, E&TC, Electronics and Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Min. 1 year prior proven work experience in Business sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
