**Job Title: E-commerce Product Listing and Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update the e-commerce shop on various platforms, including Etsy, Amazon, and the company website
- Conduct market research to identify new product ideas and trends
- Create new products and update product listings
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback and respond accordingly
- Collaborate with the graphics designer to create visually appealing product listings
- Maintain inventory levels and handle order fulfillment
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Etsy and Amazon
- Strong understanding of market research and product development
- Familiarity with online marketing and advertising techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
