**We are looking for a Field Sales Executive for our company.**

**2-4 years of experience. Roles And Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities while carrying out field sales processes.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and explore opportunities.

3. Understanding the various problems faced by the business and advising tailor made solutions to prospective clients.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective advisory services.

5. Leverage insights to penetrate new market segments / industry.

6. Gain a deep understanding of company's product offerings and effectively position themto potential clients.

7. Strengthen relationships with existing Clients and identify new clients inunrepresented areas, ensuring a strong market presence.

8. Conduct competition mapping and analysis to understand market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

9. Establish and develop new customers for the company in a defined geographic marketor industry.

10. Generate new business for company by Identifying potential leads and leveraging references from existing manufacturers and their Suppliers.

**Specific Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in Field Sales in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Payment Solutions/ Ed-tech industry.

2. Good understanding of a Dealer Distribution Network & their nuances

**Basic Requirements**:
2. Work from office (Bangalore: Jayanagar) is compulsory.

4. Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil or any south regional dialects is an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
