Skills - **Experience of handling Trade Unions, Contract Labour and its compliances, Liasioning with government offices, Disciplinary Actions, command over labour laws**
1. Ensure compliance with statutory provisions applicable to respective states where LTTS has offices.
2. To build constructive relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally (Govt bodies, other industries bodies and external parties/vendors)
3. Support Admin Managers of different locations for all labour law and statutory inputs and actions incase required
4. To plan and implement strategies for ensuring zero work disruptions due to manpower (for admin department) or labour unrests; maintain healthy work environment and good industrial relations scenario.
5. Responsible for contract labour/BOCW/ISMW handling and compliance management.
6. To take corrective/disciplinary actions as and when requires through vendor’s supplying manpower for admin department.
7. To ensure admin department’s manpower service providers are fully compliant with the statutory provisions applicable to them and to LTTS as a principal employer.
8. Liaison with labour office, pollution control board, police, other allied Govt authorities.
9. To support and track respective locations’ labour and employment compliances, PCB & S&E.
10. To Support admin SPOCs based at overseas offices for Quarterly EHS Statutory Compliances Portal.
11. Review existing practice and procedure of compliance, identify compliance issues and address.
12. To Ensure Environmental Law is followed through filing up of timely returns, documentation and liaison eg. E Waste return, GPCB returns at Baroda.
13. Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
14. File appropriate compliance reports/returns with appropriate Govt Office/s at defined intervals by respective States.
15. Discuss emerging compliance issues with higherups.
16. Prepare/maintain MIS report regarding compliance operations and progress.
17. Monitor compliance systems/SOPs to ensure their effectiveness.
18. Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required.
19. Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards/SOPs.
20. Review or modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with changes to environmental standards or regulations (Pollution Control Board).
**Salary**: ₹10,140.42 - ₹38,566.56 per month
