**Job Summary**:
Softtrix is seeking motivated and technically inclined individuals to join our team as Network Trainees. This position is ideal for recent graduates who are looking to build a strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure. The role offers hands-on experience, exposure to live projects, and an opportunity to grow into a full-time position upon successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks
- Support the configuration and management of firewalls and other security devices
- Monitor network performance and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Help implement and maintain network security protocols
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams for ongoing network operations

**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of network setup and hardware configuration
- Familiarity with firewalls, routers, and related security tools
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic networking issues
- Understanding of network security protocols.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional IT environment

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹6,047.81 - ₹10,456.91 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
