**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintaining and managing electronic health records (EHR) systems**: Entering, updating, and retrieving patient information accurately and efficiently.
- **Compiling and organizing patient information**: Gathering data from various sources, including doctor's notes, test results, and treatment plans.
- **Coding diagnoses and procedures**: Utilizing standard coding systems like ICD, CPT, and HCPCS to classify medical information for billing and data analysis.
- **Verifying and updating patient records**: Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Maintaining confidentiality and security of patient information**: Adhering to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
- **Retrieving medical information**: Assisting healthcare providers with accessing patient records for patient care, billing, and reporting.
- **Collaborating with healthcare professionals**: Working with doctors, nurses, and other staff to facilitate communication and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- **Conducting audits and quality control**: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of medical records.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
