**Job Title: Tender Specialist**

Location: New Delhi

Budget: Best in industry

Employment: Full Time

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation.
- Develops the bid and tender strategy
- Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals. - Prepares the rate for quotation for client.
- Evaluation and contract negotiation & Maintain the relation with Stakeholder and internal team.
- Liaises with the User Department on an ongoing basis with respect to Tender requirements and Tender status
- Keep an eye on the portal for upcoming and current tender in order to run the flow process.
- Follow up with the bank and prepare bank guarantee and submit with in the deadline and also maintain the record of the same.
- Assists in preparation and review of Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.
- Maintains tender files and arranges their archiving upon Tender completion
- Prepares Tenders status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis and when requested.
- Follow through successful acquisitions to completion

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Tender process
- Tender Contracting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong Documentation and Paper work skill including Letter Drafting
- Ability to perform independently with mínimal supervision
- Good in spoken and written English

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- **Minimum Graduation from reputed University/Institutes**
- **2 -3 years of Tendering Experience required**
- **Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.**

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
