**Key Responsibilities**:
**GEM Portal Management**:Proficiently navigate and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal.
Stay updated on the latest GEM portal guidelines, policies, and amendments.
Manage user accounts and permissions on the GEM portal.

**Tender Documentation**:Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with GEM portal requirements and other relevant regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for tender responses.

**Bid Submissions**:Coordinate the timely submission of bids on the GEM portal.
Verify that all required documents are accurately uploaded and submitted.
Monitor and track the status of submitted bids and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Ensure that all submitted bids comply with GEM portal guidelines and specifications.
Implement quality control measures to enhance the competitiveness of bids.

**Market Research and Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Analyze previous tender outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future bids.
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making in the tendering process.

**Communication and Collaboration**:Liaise with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams.
Communicate effectively with external parties, such as government agencies and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information for tender responses.

**Contract Negotiation Support**:Assist in the negotiation phase after successful tender awards.
Collaborate with the legal team to review and finalize contract terms and conditions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tender Executive with a focus on GEM portal operations.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GEM portal operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
