**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- In-Depth understanding of client’s vision for their home.
- Think through various concept plans to meet requirements and fulfilment of purposeful designs.
- Translate the concepts in 2D, 3D Sketches, rendering views and presenting it to the client.
- Communicate effectively and consultatively with clients on design and costs impact.
- Preparation of Technical Drawings/ Good for Construction Drawings.
- Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- To visit sites and ensure that the work is being done as per drawings.
- Maintain up datedness on new software’s and skills.
- Coordinating with team and Site Engineer
- Co-ordinate between verticals in regards to project related information and project progress updates.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring and updating of the Key Inputs of the Project on a regular basis and preparation of monthly, weekly and daily task schedule / tracker and variance reports on all of the Key Inputs and follow up with the corresponding internal stakeholders on reasons for variance in their respective activities / deliverables.
- Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant

- Proven working experience in Residential villa designs.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work.
