**The Apprenticeship programme aims**

To attract young talent who wish to pursue a higher career in BFSI.

The academy programme is designed to develop a pool of first level Business Development Officers with niche gold appraising skills and operational knowledge.

**Programme Highlights**
- 6 months of training with classroom and experiential learning programme.
- On a successful completion of the 6 months Launchpad Programme you get an opportunity to join as Assistant Relationship

Manager.
- The training not only imparts knowledge and sales skills but also in gold appraisal processes, systems, regulations and compliance

frameworks involved in day-to-day operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should have completed Graduation.
- Upto 27 years of age.
- 0 to 12 months of work experience in any field
- Fluency in local language
- Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process
- The above will be considered as the threshold criteria for shortlisting at sole discretion of Rupeek.
- 2 Wheeler & Driving Licence

**Selection Process**

The selection process for Trainee will consists of

1. Basic Aptitude Test (Online)

2. Personal Interview (virtual/onsite).

**Post 6 months programme you will be onboarded as ARM with CTC of upto 3.2 Lacs + Incentive.**
- Incentive is governed as per applicable policy.
- MGB (Minimum Guaranteed Bonus) is governed by the MGV policy as applicable.
- Travel & Phone allowance is governed as per applicable policy.
- Tier categorisation based on Rupeek internal tiering.
