Our company is looking for a Store Incharge to join our team.
- **Location:Faridabad Only**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability;
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items;
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner;
- Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits;
- Hire, train, and oversee new staff;
- Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays;
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff;
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

**Requirements**:

- Industry;
- Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 4 years of total work (preferred)
