_Job Description:_
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our educational institution. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment for students, fostering their love for the English language, and helping them develop strong language skills. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students by providing high-quality instruction, fostering critical thinking, and promoting effective communication._
- Responsibilities:_
- Plan and deliver well-structured and engaging English lessons that align with the curriculum._
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students._
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and learning._
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, including tests, assignments, and projects._
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills._
- Encourage and support students in their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills development._
- Foster a love for literature and an appreciation of various literary genres._
- Keep up-to-date with the latest educational trends and methodologies to continuously improve teaching methods._
- Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in professional development opportunities._
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant data._
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns._
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings as required._
- Engage in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debates, or drama productions._
- Create a safe and respectful classroom environment that promotes diversity and cultural awareness._
- Adhere to school policies and regulations to ensure a safe and productive learning environment._
- Encourage students to participate in English language-related competitions, such as spelling bees or writing contests._
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree in education is a plus._
- Teaching certification or license, as required by the relevant educational authorities._
- Proven experience as an English Teacher or related teaching experience is preferred._
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation._
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and personal goals._
- Knowledge of effective teaching methods and educational technology._
- Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students._
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle various tasks effectively._
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the diverse needs of students._
- Cultural awareness and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
