_Job Description:_
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spoken English Teacher to join our language education team. As a Spoken English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in helping students develop their conversational English language skills. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that enables students to improve their spoken English proficiency._
- Responsibilities:_
- Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive spoken English lessons that cater to the needs and levels of individual students._
- Create and implement effective teaching materials, including lesson plans, visual aids, and multimedia resources._
- Assess students' language proficiency and adapt teaching methods to meet their unique learning styles and goals._
- Provide constructive feedback on students' performance and progress to help them improve their spoken English skills._
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable and motivated to speak in English._
- Encourage students to engage in regular conversation, debates, and discussions to enhance their fluency and confidence._
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in English language teaching and integrate innovative teaching approaches._
- Monitor and record student attendance and maintain accurate records of their progress._
- Communicate with students and their parents or guardians about students' progress and areas for improvement._
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a coordinated and effective language education program._
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A teaching certification is a plus._
- Proven experience as a Spoken English Teacher or in a similar role._
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent spoken and written communication skills._
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that promote student participation._
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and techniques for improving spoken English skills._
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students reach their language learning goals._
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills._
- Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of different backgrounds and perspectives._
- Technological proficiency for incorporating multimedia and online resources into lessons._
- Willingness to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic learning environment._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
