**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Belagavi team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for marketing, a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and a drive to deliver impactful campaigns. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Oversee social media accounts, drive engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in marketing, especially within a digital marketing agency.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

**How to Apply**:
