**Academic Advising**: Provide individualized academic advising to students, assisting them in selecting courses, planning their academic path, and addressing academic concerns or challenges.
- **Personalized Support**: Develop rapport and trust with students to understand their unique needs, aspirations, and challenges, and provide personalized support and guidance accordingly.
- **Goal Setting**: Collaborate with students to set realistic academic and personal goals, and develop action plans to achieve them. Monitor progress and provide encouragement and accountability.
- **Resource Referral**: Connect students with campus resources, support services, and academic enrichment opportunities, such as tutoring, counseling, career services, and extracurricular activities.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Provide crisis intervention and support to students facing personal, academic, or emotional crises, and refer them to appropriate campus resources or external support services as needed.
- **Retention Initiatives**: Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop and implement retention initiatives and programs aimed at supporting student success and improving retention rates.
- **Student Advocacy**: Serve as an advocate for students, representing their interests and concerns to faculty, administrators, and other stakeholders, and advocating for policies and practices that promote student success and well-being.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, academic plans, progress, and outcomes, in compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with trends, best practices, and developments in student advising, higher education, and related fields through professional development activities, training, and networking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
