Job Description:

- Site inspections and monitoring the site readiness for Installation of home automation products atcustomer premises
- Should know the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase, Invertor, generatorpower supply)
- Review the Load evaluation details of sites and propose the solution
- Regular visits to client sites and advice the client/site electrician/supervisor on the standards requiredfor home automation solution
- Trouble shoot the home automation modules connectivity issues
- Resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints
- Handle the Escalations on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management
- Should be the single point of contact for the site and ensure site readiness and installation
- Knowledge of Auto Cad and Dialux software is preferable

Reports to: Manager
Experience Skills:
Qualification :B. Tech/Any Graduate

Experience:Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience.
