**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**:

- **Recruitment Strategy & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and business needs.
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain up-to-date job listings.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, including scheduling interviews and facilitating feedback loops.
- **Recruitment Metrics & Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Analyze and report on hiring trends and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
- **Employer Branding & Market Research**:

- Contribute to the development of the company’s employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Keep abreast of recruitment trends, industry best practices, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent engagement activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a talent acquisition or HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in recruitment fo Mechanical+electronic+electrical engineer profiles
- Knowledge of HR technologies and online assessment tools.
