**KEY RESULT AREA**:
- 2.) Responsible to convert an enquiry to a prospect and then a walk in
- Admissions officer key role is to be emphatic over the call with each single enquiry and help them get all the appropriate details about the school and the admission process.
- 3.) Responsible for scheduling visits at Oakridge School
- The main motto of the Admission officer is to convert an enquiry to a visit at school. All the relative information about the parent and the child will be shared with the school, so that they connect with this parent on common ground and take the process further.
- 4.) Responsible and accountable for management of leads.
- The admission officer is responsible to maintain the data from all sources in the Lead Squared Application, so that all the enquiries can be tracked promptly. She will be assigned leads on a daily basis to connect and convert for the respective Oakridge Schools.
- Ensures warm welcome over call with every enquiry. Ø Monitors and reviews action against each lead with a reminder till they convert. Ø Articulates to the parent using the four quadrant framework of LOVE (Likeability, Opportunity, Value, end on Win-Win note) Ø Engages with the parent and skilfully probes to understand expectations, reasons for migration etc. Ø Assist the parents with the school admission process.
- Required Skills/Abilities
- Education: Any Graduate
- 1- 3 years experience in sales and marketing.
- Customer Skills: Skills to handle a prospective parent with empathy
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills. Should be able to communicate very well in the local language and Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Someone who is polite and willing to work in coordination with the team members.
- Previous experience in Sales and Marketing
- Previous experience in any academic institution
