We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Admissions In-charge to be a part of our School. You should be able to guide students with academic selections and admissions. You should be able to explain various course offerings to students and how they can benefit from it.

You should also be able to assist them in gathering required documents for the admission. Besides, you should be able to interview students and understand their career goals. Moreover, you should be able to arrange campus tours and coordinate various networking events.

As an Admissions Counsellor, you should have an excellent listening ear and complete knowledge of the latest educational developments. Furthermore, you should be willing to work for flexible hours and travel to different locations. You should be able to represent the institution at various career fairs and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending the admissions inquiries for school, following up with them after interaction.
- Attending the walk-ins convincing and counselling the parents about various matters related to admissions
- Updating and maintaining the registrations and admission records.
- Finalising the admissions with the Head of the school.
- Coordinating with the different departments for hassle-free admission process
- Generating daily reports regarding the inquiry to admission conversion ratio.
- Career Guidance
- Cold calling
- Student Interactions/ Counselling
- Generating ADMISSIONS through enquiries
- Responsible for admission process of students
- Generating leads through reference
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources
- Explain admission procedures and courses offered by the Institute to the prospective students
- Course Admissions & Fee collection

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**:
1 Sales Pitch & Building Connect

2 Computer and internet skills

3 Convincing and Negotiation skills

4 At least 3-4 yrs of experience in school’s admissions, Service sales or direct marketing

5 Proactive & Team Leadership

6 Go-getter and can do attitude

7 Fluency in English and any local language

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
