**Job Title**: RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Operator
**Industry**: Construction (High-Rise Apartments)

Job location: Tellapur & Nallagandla

We are looking for an RMC Operator to drive and operate ready-mix concrete trucks. Your job will be to mix concrete and deliver it to construction sites on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and operate ready-mix concrete trucks.
- Make sure the concrete is mixed correctly and meets quality standards.
- Deliver concrete to construction sites safely and on time.
- Check and maintain the truck and equipment regularly.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Work with supervisors and site managers to ensure concrete meets project needs.
- Keep delivery records and report any problems with the truck or deliveries.
- Help train new operators and staff.
- Be ready to handle emergencies related to concrete mixing and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification to operate ready-mix concrete trucks (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Safety training in construction is a plus.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 10 years of experience driving ready-mix concrete trucks, especially for large construction projects.
- Good knowledge of concrete mixing and delivery.
- Strong driving skills and experience with large trucks.
- Understanding of construction site rules and safety practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Basic mechanical skills for minor truck repairs.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
