As a Class I-XII History & Civics Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in developing students' understanding of historical events, political systems, and civic responsibilities. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and have a strong grasp of historical and civic concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards, catering to the diverse learning needs of students from Class I to XII.
- Deliver engaging and interactive instruction on historical events, cultural developments, political systems, and civic responsibilities.
- Foster critical thinking skills by encouraging students to analyze historical sources, debate historical perspectives, and understand the impact of historical events on the present.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, respect for diverse viewpoints, and active citizenship.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to enhance learning experiences and facilitate students' understanding of historical and civic concepts.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop teaching materials, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
- Monitor individual student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide additional support or guidance as needed.
- Instill an appreciation for history, promote civic awareness, and inspire students to become responsible and engaged citizens.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in History, Political Science, or a related field preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in History & Civics for Class I to XII in a recognized educational institution.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of historical events, cultural developments, political systems, and civic responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and inspire students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with current teaching strategies, educational technology, and online learning platforms is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
