As a Class I-XII Mathematics Faculty, you will play a crucial role in building strong mathematical foundations and problem-solving skills in our students. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans in line with the curriculum standards, catering to the diverse learning needs of students from Class I to XII.
- Deliver engaging and interactive mathematics instruction, ensuring a solid grasp of mathematical concepts, numerical reasoning, problem-solving strategies, and logical thinking skills.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technology to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Regularly assess student progress through tests, assignments, and evaluations, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop teaching materials, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
- Monitor individual student performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide additional support or remedial guidance as required.
- Instill a love for mathematics and encourage students to develop a growth mindset and a lifelong passion for learning.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in Mathematics for Class I to XII in a recognized educational institution.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Familiarity with current teaching strategies, educational technology, and online learning platforms is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
