**Key Responsibilities**:Enquiry Handling & Follow-ups**
- Call and follow up with students/parents who have shown interest through walk-ins, online platforms, or school interactions.
- Provide clear, accurate, and persuasive information about course offerings, eligibility, and admissions processes.
- Maintain an up-to-date enquiry tracker and CRM system.

**Academic Counselling & Sales**
- Understand student requirements and guide them toward the most suitable courses.
- Convert prospects into admissions by effectively communicating program value and benefits.
- Meet weekly/monthly enrolment targets as per assigned goals.

**School & College Outreach**
- Visit schools, junior colleges, and coaching classes to conduct seminars, distribute brochures, and represent the institute.
- Establish strong relationships with principals, teachers, and career counsellors.
- Assist with organizing promotional events, exhibitions, or open house days.

**Administrative & Accounts Support**
- Help maintain daily records of admissions, collections, and fee receipts.
- Update and reconcile student fee accounts regularly.
- Assist in documentation, registration forms, and internal filing systems.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi)
- Confident telephone and in-person interaction
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Pleasant personality with problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork (school/college visits)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
