Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of corporate sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Andheri region.
3. Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking with potential clients.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate companies to understand their business needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales, with leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing business needs.
