**Role Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Interns who will assist the sales team in generating leads, promoting properties, and managing client relationships. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales and develop key business skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Assist in promoting and presenting real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and support them throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals and presentations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
