**Job Title: Brand Associate**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Brand

Associate. As a Brand Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving brand recognition and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various channels like newspaper, billboards, radio, malls, print media. You will be responsible for conducting branding research, managing branding deals, negotiating pricing, performing branding audits, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance, developing branding guidelines, and designing store and kiosk branding. This role requires a strong understanding of branding principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple cities as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Branding Research**:
Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Identify opportunities for brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation.

**Branding Deals**:
Identify and negotiate branding opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

Manage relationships with external partners and vendors involved in branding initiatives.

Branding Price Negotiations:
Negotiate pricing and contracts for branding materials, services, and promotions.

Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining brand standards.

**Branding Audits**:
Identify any deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

**Vendor Finding and Coordination**:
Identify and onboard vendors for branding materials, signage, and promotional items.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

**Compliance**:
Develop and enforce branding compliance standards across various channels and locations.

Monitor and address any brand misuse or unauthorized usage.

**Branding Guidelines**:
Develop and maintain comprehensive branding guidelines and style guides.

Provide clear instructions to internal and external stakeholders on brand usage and standards.

**Branding Design for Store and Kiosks**:
Collaborate with internal design teams or external agencies to create branding concepts and visual designs for store and kiosk environments.

Ensure brand consistency in all visual elements.

**Branding End-to-End Responsibility**:
Take ownership of all branding initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

**Travel**:
Travel to multiple cities as required to oversee branding implementation, coordinate with vendors, and maintain brand consistency across locations.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of branding principles, market research, and consumer behaviour.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficient in project management and multitasking.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.

Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
