**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry Tasks**:

- Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- **Data Maintenance**:

- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Ensure all files are up-to-date and error-free.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.
- Retrieve information from databases when requested.
- **Error Resolution**:

- Identify and correct errors in data entry tasks.
- Work with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general office tasks when required.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel and Word.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy).
- Familiarity with data entry software is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Attention to detail and focus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
