**Job Summary**:We're hiring a detail-focused **UI/UX Designer**skilled in creating intuitive designs for web and mobile platforms. You’ll bring together creativity, user-centered thinking, and teamwork to build experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Experience working on enterprise-level projects, with low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive dashboards, and a good understanding of UX.
- Strong visual design sense with the ability to maintain brand consistency and visual harmony across platforms.
- Must have experience in creating marketing assets such as social media creatives, brochures, and logo designs.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles: unity, Gestalt properties, spacing, hierarchy, balance, contrast, scale, dominance, and similarity.
- Excellent color and layout sense, understanding of design balance and element composition.
- Attention to detail with an eye for selecting font families, spacing, and aesthetic placement of elements.
- Experience in IT consulting/services domain is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert client briefs into visually engaging and brand-aligned digital solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate client business goals into innovative and intuitive designs.
- Handle direct client communication to understand their vision and deliver impactful design outcomes.
