- Minimum experience:

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality-related certifications are a plus.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with reservation management systems.

As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently, ensuring an optimal seating arrangement.
- Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and introducing them to their assigned server.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area, lobby, and waiting areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries, providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with tact and diplomacy, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
