**Tele Sales Associate**

**Designation**: Tele Sales Associate
**Location**: Pocharam Boduppal, near Singapore Township, Ghatkesar, Hyderabad

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound telecalling** for Axis Bank customers.
- Promote and explain banking products and services.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain excellent **customer relationship management** and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions in **Hindi, and English**.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Graduation (Any stream)
- **Age**: 20 - 32 years
- **Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English - Fluent)
- Customer-oriented approach with good persuasion ability
- Basic computer knowledge

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Salary (NTH): ₹13,000 - ₹19,000** per month
