Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide guidance and support to prospective students, answering their questions about our programs, admissions requirements, financial aid options, and campus life.
- **Evaluation of Applicants**: Evaluate applicants' academic records, extracurricular activities, and personal statements to assess their qualifications for admission. Make informed decisions regarding admission status based on established criteria and policies.
- **Interviews and Information Sessions**: Conduct informational interviews and participate in admissions events, such as campus tours, open houses, and recruitment fairs, to engage with prospective students and promote our institution.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain relationships with high school guidance counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our institution and attract qualified applicants.
- **Admissions Outreach**: Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to develop and implement outreach strategies to attract a diverse pool of applicants. Represent our institution at college fairs, high schools, and community events to promote awareness and generate interest.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about trends and best practices in admissions and higher education. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in student recruitment, counseling, and enrollment management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, counseling, psychology, etc.). Master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, counseling, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other software used in admissions operations.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in student recruitment and admissions processes.
