**Task / Responsibilities**
Being Administrator for the IBM Rational toolchain currently used as worldwide Change and Configuration Management (CCM) tools within Client.
This toolchain includes IBM Rational Change and IBM Rational Synergy and the integration of IBM Rational Change with IBM DOORS

Maintain the proper functionality of all the needed services (Informix, rds, production and test servers and DBs, cache servers, backup services, clients,)
Maintain the proper integration of the CCM toolchain with the Unix based SW Build chain
Maintain and control the user access and the user roles, fulfilling Marelli security procedures
Provide on-demand support to the CCM toolchain users
In case of blocking open points or emergency cases, full time availability until a fix has been found
Provide on-demand toolchain and process trainings
Implement, test and deploy minor infrastructure changes to the IBM Rational toolchain deployment in Marelli PWT
Maintain the Marelli documentation on the status of the CCM toolchain and its integration with the SW Build chain

**Strong knowledge**

Long time experience on System administration activities on Unix O.S. (at least 4 years)
High experience on IBM Rational toolchain (Change and Synergy) -CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
reference versions are IBM Rational Change 5.3.1.1.06 and IBM Rational Synergy 7.2.1.5
English Language (at least B2 level)
**Not Required Automotive domain**

**Good Knowledge**
Perl programming language

**“Nice to have”**
LDAP and Active Directory services experience
