**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to develop innovative mobile solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, frameworks, and technologies.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure smooth deployments and release cycles.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **10+ years of professional experience** in mobile app development.
- Proficiency in **React Native** and **native app development** for **iOS (Swift/Objective-C)** and **Android (Kotlin/Java)**.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience integrating **RESTful APIs**, third-party libraries, and frameworks.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience in publishing mobile apps to both **App Store** and **Google Play Store**.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in an agile/scrum environment and lead a team through iterative product development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **cross-platform mobile development** frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
