**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site to ensure smooth execution.
- Interpret and implement architectural and interior drawings accurately.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and labour to achieve timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and escalate proactively to the project manager/design team.
- Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material usage logs.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Handle procurement follow-ups and verify material quality and quantity at the site.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure design details are implemented as per specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum **2 years of on-site experience** in architecture and interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of site operations, construction practices, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior working drawings.
- Proven experience in vendor and labour management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility and urgency.
- Basic computer and mobile app skills for reporting/documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
