Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Support marketing campaign planning including SEO, SMM and execution to finally optimize customer journeys and track user funnels.
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from social media content to platform UI to hard copy brochures and case studies.
- Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.

**Skills & Capabilities**:

- Highly creative, witty in communication with good verbal and written skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, and other digital marketing/web analytics tools. Like NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc.)
- Self-Initiator, Motivated and Eagerness to grow to the next level.
- Passionate about the word of Marketing. Should be able to pitch and must have good conviction skills.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and SEO campaigns. Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Capability to work under uncertaintyand Flexible in approach.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Creative problem solving skills.
