**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **classroom and online training sessions** on **UI/UX principles**, **user research**, **wireframing**, **prototyping**, and **design systems**.
- Teach design tools like **Figma** (primary), **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, **InVision**, and **Miro**.
- Guide students through **real-time projects**, helping them build strong portfolios aligned with industry standards.
- Create and update **lesson plans**, **assignments**, and **project guidelines** based on the latest **UI/UX trends**.
- Conduct **design critiques**, **portfolio reviews**, and **mock interviews** to prepare students for placements and freelancing opportunities.
- Provide **individual feedback** and mentorship to students at various skill levels.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in **UI/UX design**, **usability**, **accessibility (A11Y)**, and **design systems** to continuously enrich the curriculum.
- Collaborate with Branzone’s creative team for **interdisciplinary projects** and workshops.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2-5 years of professional experience** in **UI/UX design**.
- Proficiency in **Figma** (primary), **Adobe XD**, **Sketch**, **InVision**, **Miro**, or other design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of **user-centered design**, **responsive design**, **design systems**, and **usability testing**.
- Prior experience in **teaching, training, or mentoring** (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills**, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- A strong **portfolio** showcasing UI/UX projects, case studies, and design processes.

**Preferred (Good to Have)**:

- Knowledge of **front-end technologies** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
- Experience with **Agile methodologies** and **collaborating with development teams**.
- Familiarity with **freelancing platforms** or **EdTech training experience**.
