**Location**: B-Zone Business Spaces, 5th Floor-501, Nipaniya, Indore Madhya Pradesh

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 2-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Write and create high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, technical documentation, and product descriptions.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research on IT-related topics, industry trends, and new technologies to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and valuable to the target audience.
- **Technical Writing**: Develop technical content such as user manuals, FAQs, API documentation, and system configuration guides, ensuring clarity and simplicity for non-technical users.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic, focusing on keyword integration and maintaining best SEO practices.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- **Content Strategy**: Assist in developing a content strategy that aligns with business goals, user needs, and industry best practices.
- **Content Editing & Proofreading**: Edit and proofread content to ensure grammar, spelling, and style consistency, maintaining high editorial standards.
- **Technical Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in the IT industry, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and other IT domains.
- **Audience Engagement**: Understand the target audience (both technical and non-technical) and create content that appeals to different user personas.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably with a focus on IT, technology, or related fields.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT concepts, tools, and technologies such as cloud computing, software development, network security, and digital transformation.
- **Writing Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- **SEO Expertise**: Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques to improve online visibility.
- **Content Management Tools**: Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.
- **Research Skills**: Ability to conduct in-depth research on technical topics and translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate innovative content ideas that captivate and engage the audience.
- **Collaboration**: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments (marketing, design, product, etc.).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience writing for B2B or B2C audiences in the IT space.
- Knowledge of multimedia content creation, including video scripts, infographics, and social media posts.
- Basic understanding of coding or programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
