Hiring For Inside sales Associates_(Leapscholar's)_WFO

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through phone calls
- Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings including Counselling, SAT, Visa services, etc
- Resolve student queries
- Coordinate with the internal team (counsellors, operations, product) if needed, to drive the conversion

**Requirements**:
At least 1 year of experience in an Inside Sales role
- Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
- Applicants from an Ed-tech/Overseas Education background will be preferred
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with the Counsellors and Internal team

Proactive and responsible to report and sort out any problems faced Familiarity with Google sheets

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- Education sales: 1 year (required)
