**We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive (GDS / MS & Flex Process)**
**Location**: Jaipur

**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team as a **Customer Support Executive** handling international voice processes. If you're a pro with **Amadeus GDS** and passionate about delivering top-tier service, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to travel bookings
- Use **Amadeus GDS** to modify or manage reservations
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Adhere to process guidelines and compliance standards
- Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment

**Who Can Apply?**
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in customer support
- **Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory**:

- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)

**Compensation**:

- Salary up to ₹6 LPA
- Monthly incentives up to ₹8,000

**Shift & Schedule**:

- 5.5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

**Assessment**:

- Must clear **Versant C1 - US Voice** test

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
