We are looking for a talented and passionate **Architect** to join our team in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and contribute to our vision of creating exceptional spaces.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop innovative architectural designs that align with client requirements and the company’s design philosophy.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for seamless project delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural design (freshers with exceptional portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of materials, interior design techniques and site management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
