**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the design process from concept development to project completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
