**STORE PROMOTER** **Location: Gurugoan** **Job Summary** ○ 0-2 years of merchandising or promoter experience in the FMCG space. ○ Experience with a Packaged Food Brand in employment history. ○ Experience working with a new brand / sub-brand in stores and executed planograms at store level. ○ Good Communication and persuasion skills with customers. ○ Fast learner with ability to understand product details in depth to cater to the queries of the customer. ○ Prior experience in building relationship, managing, and influencing retail buyers, store managers, etc. ○ Good experience in monitoring store-wise sales, stock postion, consumer promo and daily reporting to managers. ○ Displays high ownership and experience in executing customer activations events at the store level. ○ Experience in Health Foods products, FMCG or Modern trade Retail Stores ○ Proven working experience as a Promoter - **Skills** ○ Track record of over-achieving quota ○ Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities ○ Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills ○ High school degree or BS in Marketing **-Principal Accountability** ○ Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services ○ Daily reporting of Stock Position, Promo Display, Merchandising and Sales ○ Daily Montioring and coordination of stockout situations, Near Expiry SKU’s and retailer fededbacks. ○ Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it ○ Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows & Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new customers ○ Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements ○ Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products ○ Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed etc) **Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: - Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Promoter: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 07014856911
