**Role**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Work Experience**: 1-2 years’ experience in a role with exposure to business development in healthcare industries, preferably in Clear Aligner Industry.

**Educational Qualification**: BBA/ MBA or A Dental Graduate (BDS)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Daily/ weekly customer meetings -**Regular meeting with Orthodontist & their consultation clinics
- **Product Detailing **Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product detailing to prospective clients.
- **Onboarding new Customers -**Responsible for onboarding a new customers & negotiating term of sales agreement.
- **Relationship Management - **Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Flash Certified Orthodontists. Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Market Analysis - **Stay informed and report to your peers about industry trends, market conditions, customer needs, product opportunities and competitor activities.
- **Reporting & Documentation - **Maintain and report daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual records of sales activities, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- **Customer Experience & Feedback - **Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the Flash Aligner experience. Gather feedback from end-customers and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.

**Required Skills -**
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good presentation and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self - motivated, independent, and target-based performer.
- Understanding of MS- Excel & PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
