**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate activities based on the pre-school curriculum (e.g., play-based, Montessori, or other early childhood education methods).
- Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and social behaviors through interactive and engaging lessons.
- Introduce children to the basics of reading, writing, and math through hands-on activities like storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and games.
- **Child Development and Learning**:

- Observe and assess each child’s progress, focusing on cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development.
- Identify children who may require additional support and implement strategies for their learning or developmental needs.
- Encourage curiosity and a love for learning through exploration and interactive experiences.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and learning.
- Set clear expectations for behavior and implement positive reinforcement techniques to promote social and emotional growth.
- Establish and follow routines that help children feel secure and ready to learn.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed of their child's development and behavior.
- Hold parent-teacher conferences to discuss individual progress and areas for improvement.
- Offer advice and resources to parents on how to support their child's learning and development at home.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure children’s safety and well-being during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Promote good hygiene practices and teach children how to take care of themselves (e.g., washing hands, using tissues).
- Follow the school's policies and procedures regarding accidents, health, and emergencies.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Participate in planning and conducting school events, such as holiday celebrations, field trips, and cultural activities.
- Organize activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and physical development, like sports, dance, or art projects.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with current early childhood education trends and best practices.
- Participate in training and workshops to improve teaching methods and classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and share resources.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
