**Job Description: Telecaller for Lead Generation**

**Position**: Telecaller - Lead Generation
**Location**: Agra
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases/lists.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products or services to customers.
- Identify and generate potential leads and set appointments for further discussions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any initial queries over the phone.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for effective lead generation.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and ensure quality service on every call.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge to manage call logs and CRM entries.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- High school, Intermediate, diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
