Housekeeping Supervisor

A housekeeping supervisor manages and coordinates the housekeeping staff in a hotel, resort, or other hospitality establishment. Their responsibilities include: Cleaning: Ensuring that rooms and facilities are clean and meet quality standards. They may also perform some cleaning duties themselves. Staff management: Hiring and training new employees, assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations. Safety and hygiene: Ensuring that staff and customers are safe and healthy by complying with safety and sanitation policies. This includes ensuring that chemicals and equipment are used safely. Inventory: Maintaining an inventory of supplies and ordering cleaning supplies. Communication: Communicating with other departments and guests. They may also handle guest requests and concerns. Record keeping: Preparing records and reports. Morning opening duties: Assigning rooms to be cleaned, distributing keys, and conducting morning meetings. Emergencies: Handling housekeeping emergencies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹32,187.09 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
