Position Summary

**Architect with Revit experience**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Preparation of design and drawings for residential buildings with Drawings of Plan, Section & Elevation using Revit software.
- To create a variety of exterior and interior architectural 3D models.
- Preparing of full set of technical construction scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors using Revit.
- Preparing the Design drawings with Architectural details for various stages of Design Development.
- Conducts research for the project team
- Produces graphic presentations and builds study models
- Delivering BIM projects using Revit software.
- Conversion of current projects from AutoCAD to REVIT files
- Taking CAD, PDF, Excel, outputs from Revit
- Assist senior Architect in all stages of design

**Qualifications**
- Years of Experience: 3-4 years
- Degree qualified in Architecture.
- Expert in Revit architecture.Revit experience is a must
- Knowledge in Architectural principles, techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable international standards.
- Possessing recent experience in working for US projects and desire to develop further expertise on regional projects
- Should be able to work alone or as part of a team, taking ownership for assigned deliverables & outputs.
- Strong in communication skills (written/verbal) and able to contribute effectively to discipline specific discussions
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different disciplines.
- Be inventive and imaginative in building design and master planning.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player, keen to develop with our growing organization.
- Demonstrated experience in using current architectural software packages including Revit Architecture.
- Dynamic with good organizational skills and able to multi-task.
- Strong design aptitude with presentation and software skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.

- Photoshop: Preferred
- Microsoft Office: Expert
- Rendering software like Enscape /Lumion/ V-ray: Preferred
