**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
Maintain files, records, and documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
**Office Management**:
- Maintain office supplies and order as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning and arrange repairs.
- Organize office space, meetings, and events
**Communication & Coordination**:
- Coordinate internal and external communication.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Organize meetings and take minutes if necessary.
**Data Entry & Management**:
- Input and update data in databases and systems.
- Maintain accurate records.
**Financial Assistance**:
- Track office budgets and manage petty cash.
- Process invoices and receipts.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
**Education & Experience**:
- Graduate
- Previous office experience preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
