Major

**Responsibilities**:

- To adhere and comply to all stipulated Warehousing and Materials control regulations.
- To ensure & determine a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times.
- To maintain receipts, records, and stores withdrawals.
- To file and distribute required documents according to procedures.
- To check materials and supplies and report when stock is low.
- To conduct stock counts as per procedures.
- To receive and unpacks materials and supplies.
- To report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.
- To supervise the packing away of received goods.
- To issue goods according to procedures.
- To plan and perform work that involves receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining inventory.
- To conduct inventory analysis, evaluation and stock counts & assure proper stock levels.
- To prepare all necessary report on inventory.
- To monitor all store operations i.e. receipts, storage and issues of materials from the store.
- To review inventory procured.
- To prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
- To position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- To assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- To verify specifications by measuring completed component.
- To resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications.
- To conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- To document actions by completing production and quality forms.
- To be regular at work.
- To undertake any other task assigned to you by your immediate superior.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
