You will be working as Assembler and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be reporting to Production Manager and will be responsible to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Correctly using machinery and equipment on the shop floor.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conducting all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final products/systems/panel, including the packing where integrated with production lines
- Providing training to new production trainees
- Reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels
- Doing regular quality testing as part of a defined production process
- Conducting shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
- Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area

**Your background**:

- ITI in Electrical / Electronics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Good Knowledge in production assembly and SAP
- Must have knowledge of 5s / Gemba/ Poke yoke / Kaizen
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Willingness to take up responsibilities according to business requirements within the production lines/ warehousing
